         Committee on Appropriations, Subcommittee on Welfare and  
         Workforce Reform met in a public hearing and was called to  
         order by the Co-Chairs, Representative Oliveira and  
         Representative Hilderbran at 9:47 am.

         the meeting was recessed for lunch

         The Committee reconvened at 1:26 pm and was called to order by  
         the Co-Chairs, Representative Oliveira and Representative  
         Hilderbran.
