         Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on February 
         27, 1997, the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Health & 
         Human Services met in a public hearing and was called to order 
         by the Chair, Representative Bob Glaze at 10:35 am.
         
         The roll was answered as follows:  
         
         Present:  Representatives Glaze; Coleman; Eiland; Haggerty (4).
         
         Absent:   Representative Mowery (1).
         
         A quorum was present.
         
         (Representative Mowery now present.)  
         
         Testimony was taken.
         
         The subcommittee discussed pending issues relating to the 
         Children's Trust Fund.
         
         
         At 11:05 am, on the motion of the chair and without objection, 
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
