            Pursuant to a notice posted on March 17, 1997, the House 
            Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Health & Human Services 
            met in a work session and was called to order by the Chair, 
            Representative Bob Glaze at 2:30 pm.
            
            The roll was answered as follows:  
            
            Present:  Representative Glaze, Mowery (2).
            
            Absent:   Representatives Coleman; Eiland; Haggerty (3).
            
            The subcommittee discussed issues relating to CSHB1.
            
            At 2:40 pm, on the motion of the chair and without 
            objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of
