         in a public hearing and was called to order by the Acting 
         Chair, Representative Beverly Woolley at 9:50 am.

         The chair laid out HB 381.  
         
         Representative Corte moved that HB 381 be reported favorably 
         to the full committee.  The motion prevailed by the following 
         vote:

         Nays:          None (0).
         
         Present not Voting:      None (0).
         
         Absent:                       Elkins (1).    
         
         At 9:56 am, on the motion of the chair and without objection,
