         called to order by the Chair, Representative Giddings at 10:40  
         am.

         Rep. Rhodes moved to adopt the House Rules as the Rules of the  
         Subcommittee.  Rep. Elkins seconded the motion.

         Nays:          None (0). 
          
         Present not Voting:      None (0). 
          
         Absent:        Representatives Janek; Woolley (2).
