Business & Industry, Subcommittee on Truth-in-Hiring Practices met in a
public hearing and was called to order by the Chair, Representative Corte
at 1:39 pm.

Representative Solomons moved that the Rules of the House be adopted as
the rules of the subcommittee. Representative Elkins seconded the motion.
