The meeting was called to order by the Chair, Representative Delwin Jones at 7:17 pm. The roll was answered as follows: Present: Representatives Jones, Delwin; Giddings; Grusendorf; Hightower; Kubiak; Marchant; Moreno; Price; Wilson (9). Absent: Representatives Glaze; Hunter (2). Representative Grusendorf moved that HB 2254 be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.
