Pursuant to a motion from the May 9, 1997 formal meeting, the
following is a corrected copy of the minutes for the meeting
on March 11, 1997.
Pursuant to a notice posted on March 6, 1997, the House
Committee on Civil Practices met in a public hearing and was
called to order by the Chair, Representative Patricia Gray at
4:04 pm.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Gray; Alvarado; Bosse; Roman;
Zbranek (5).
Absent: Representatives Hilbert; Dutton; Goodman; Nixon, Joe (4).
A quorum was present.
