Pursuant to a motion from the May 9, 1997 formal meeting, the
following is a corrected copy of the minutes for the meeting
on March 18, 1997.
Pursuant to a notice posted on March 13, 1997, the House
Committee on Civil Practices met in a public hearing and was
called to order by the Chair, Representative Patricia Gray at
4:10 pm.
The roll was answered as follows:

Roman; Zbranek (6).
Absent: Representatives Alvarado; Dutton; Goodman (3).
