The roll was answered as follows: Present: Representatives Place; Talton; Dunnam; Farrar; Galloway, Carolyn; Hinojosa; Keel, Terry; Reyna, Arthur (8). Absent: Representative Nixon, Joe (1). A quorum was present. The House Committees on Appropriations, Corrections, and Juvenile Justice and Family Issues were called to order and took roll. Governor's Budget Proposal Testimony was taken. See attached witness list. Representative Junell (House Appropriations) moved to stand at ease for 5 minutes. The House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence was reconvened.
