Pursuant to a notice posted on March 27, 1997, and a
suspension of the five day posting rules, the House Committee
on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was
called to order by the Chair, Representative Allen Place at
2:30 pm. (These minutes were approved to be corrected in a
full committee meeting on April 9, 1997 at 8:00 am).
