Pursuant to a notice posted on April 9, 1997, the House
Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence, Subcommittee on HB 3350
met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the Chair,
Representative Keel at 9:05 am.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Keel, Terry; Talton; Galloway,
Carolyn.
Absent: None (0).

The chair laid out HB 3350.
Representative Talton offered a complete committee substitute.
The committee substitute was withdrawn without objection.
The bill was left pending without objection.
At 9:20 am, on the motion of the chair and without objection,
the meeting was recessed until 12:30 or upon adjournment at
Desk 14.
Pursuant to an announcement on the house floor, the
Subcommittee on HB 3350 reconvened in a formal meeting at Desk
14, and was called to order by the Chair, Representative Keel
at 12:40 pm.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Talton; Galloway, Carolyn; Keel,
Terry (3).
Absent: None (0).
A quorum was present.
The chair laid out HB 3350.
Representative Talton offered a complete committee substitute.
The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
Representative Talton moved that HB 3350, as substituted, be
reported favorably to the
full committee with the
recommendation that it do
pass. The motion prevailed
by the following vote:
Ayes: Representatives Talton; Galloway, Carolyn;
Keel, Terry (3).
Nays: None (0).
Present not Voting: None (0).
Absent: None (0).
At 12:50 pm, on the motion of the chair and without objection,
the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
