Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April
11, 1997, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence,
Subcommittee on Bail Bonds met in a public hearing and was
called to order by the Chair, Representative Robert Talton at
4:45 pm.
The roll was answered as follows:

favorably to the full committee with the recommendation that
