         Pursuant to a notice posted on January 29, 1996, the House  
         Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence, Subcommittee on Cost of  
         Indigent Legal Services met in a public hearing and was called  
         to order by the Chair, Representative Jessica Farrar at 9:30  
         am. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:   
          
         Present:  Representatives Farrar; Dunnam;  Keel, Terry (3). 
          
         Absent:   Representative Galloway, Carolyn (1). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         Testimony was taken.   
          
         At 10:50 am, on the motion of the chair and without objection,
