         Pursuant to a notice posted on July 13, 1998, the House  
         Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence, Subcommittee on Age of  
         Criminal Responsibility met in a public hearing and was called  
         to order by the Chair, Representative Robert Talton at 10:20  
         a.m.. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:
