Pursuant to a notice posted on February 27, 1997 and a
postponement announcement from the House floor on March 4,
1997, the House Committee on Economic Development met in a
public hearing and was called to order by the Chair,
Representative Ren Oliveira at 1:44 pm.

Representative Seaman moved that HB 1526, as amended, be
reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation
that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on
Local and Consent Calendars. The motion prevailed by the
following vote:
