At 2:20 pm on April 22, 1997, in a formal hearing of the full
committee, Chair Debra Danburg moved that the minutes from
March 18, 1997 (public hearing) be corrected to show Rep. Ron
Clark as a witness (testifying favorably) on HB 1627. The
motion carried by a 8-0-0-1 vote (Gallego absent).
Pursuant to a notice posted on March 13, 1997, the House
Committee on Elections met in a public hearing and was called
to order by the Chair, Representative Debra Danburg at 2:10
pm.
The roll was answered as follows:
