At 2:30 pm on April 15, 1997, in public hearing of the full
committee, Chair Debra Danburg moved that the minutes from
April 1, 1997 (public hearing) be corrected to show Rep.
Sherri Greenberg as a witness on HB 32. The motion carried by
a 6-0-0-3 vote (Jones, Gallego, Place absent).
Pursuant to a notice posted on March 27, 1997, the House
Committee on Elections met in a public hearing and was called
to order by the Chair, Representative Debra Danburg at 2:20
pm.
The roll was answered as follows:
