Pursuant to a motion and unanimously granted during a formal
meeting on April 14, 1997 the following are the corrected
committee minutes for the Energy Resources Committee hearing
on March 25, 1997.
Pursuant to a notice posted on March 19, 1997, the House
Committee on Energy Resources met in a public hearing and was
called to order by the Chair, Representative Steve Holzheauser
at 1:20 pm.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Holzheauser; Hawley; Davis; Merritt;
Moffat; Torres (6).
Absent: Representatives Driver; Smithee; Wilson (3).
A quorum was present.
HB 3243
The chair laid out HB 3243.
The chair recognized Rep. Raymond to explain the measure.

Testimony was taken.
Representative Moffat offered a complete committee substitute.
The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
