House Committee on Energy Resources

         Pursuant to a notice posted on April 11, 1997, the House  
         Committee on Energy Resources met in a formal meeting and was  
         called to order by the Chair, Representative Steve Holzheauser  
         at 9:37 am. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:   
          
         Present:  Representatives Holzheauser; Hawley; Driver;  
                   Merritt; Moffat (5). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Davis; Smithee; Torres; Wilson (4). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         (Representative Torres now present.)   
          
         Representative Hawley moved that the committee adopt corrected  
         minutes for the Energy Resources hearing on March 25, 1997.   
         There was no objection. 
          
         The committee members discussed pending business before the  
         committee. 
          
         At 9:45 am, on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
