(Representative Cuellar now present.) HB 767 The chair laid out HB 767 and recognized Representative Junell to explain the measure. Testimony was taken. (See attached witness list.) The chair recognized Representative Cuellar to close on the measure. Representative Cuellar moved that HB 767 be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.
