         Committee on Human Services, Subcommittee on HB 155 met in a  
         public hearing and was called to order by the Acting Chair,  
         Representative  Krusee at 3:16 pm.

         The chair laid out HB 155.   
          
         The chair recognized Representative Greenberg to explain the  
         measure.   
          
         Representative McReynolds offered a complete committee  
         substitute.   
          
         Testimony was taken.   
          
         The committee substitute was withdrawn without objection. 
          
         The chair recognized Representative Greenberg to close on the  
         measure.   
          
         The bill was left pending without objection.  
          
         At 4:06 pm, on the motion of Representative Chavez and without  
         objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of  
         the chair.
