         Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a public  
         hearing and was called to order by the Chair, Representative  
         Fred Bosse at 10:07 am.

         Absent:   Representatives Crabb; Jackson (2). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         At 12:41 pm, on the motion of Representative Crabb and without  
         objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of
