         Agriculture Trust Fund; financial assistance under the Safe 
         Water Drinking Revolving Fund; public drinking water supply 
         system requirements; surface water and groundwater studies, 
         investigations, and surveys; the Texas Geographic Information 
         Council; and practical use of improved water data.
