         Committee on Natural Resources Subcommittee on Groundwater  
         Permit Exemptions met in a public hearing and was called to  
         order by the Chair, Representative Gary Walker at 1:40 pm. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

         Absent:   None (0). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         Groundwater Permit Exemptions 
          
         The subcommittee considered testimony related to groundwater  
         permit exemptions and exceptions. 
          
         Testimony was taken.   
          
         At 3:05 pm, on the motion of the chair and without objection,
