         Committee on Natural Resources Subcommittee on Rainfall  
         Enhancement Programs met in a public hearing and was called to  
         order by the Chair, Representative Tracy O. King,  at 2:30 pm. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

         Absent:   Representatives Counts (1). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         Rainfall Enhancement Programs 
          
         The subcommittee considered testimony related to rainfall  
         enhancement programs in Texas. 
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 4:30 pm, on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
