The roll was answered as follows: Present: Representatives Berlanga; Hirschi; Glaze; Janek; Maxey (5). Absent: Representatives Coleman; Davila; Delisi; Rodriguez (4). A quorum was present. HB 212 and HB 213 For purposes of testimony, the committee considered the following related bills together: HB 212 and HB 213. The chair recognized Representative Chisum to explain the measures.
