         Committee on State Recreational Resources, Subcommittee on  
         State Historic Sites met jointly in a public hearing with the  
         Committee on State, Federal, & International Relations and was  
         called to order by the Chair, Representative Edmund Kuempel at  
         2:04 pm. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:
