         Pursuant to a notice posted on April 7, 1998, and revised  
         April 14, 1998, the House Committee on Revenue & Public  
         Education Funding, Select met in a public hearing and was  
         called to order by the Chair, Representative Paul Sadler at  
         10:06 am. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

                   Hernandez; Hochberg; Williamson; Wilson (8). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Brimer; Junell; Stiles (3). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         Testimony was taken.   
          
         At 12:15 pm, on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
