HB 1117 The chair laid out HB 1117 on subcommittee report. Representative Ehrhardt offered a complete committee substitute. The committee substitute was adopted without objection. Representative Ehrhardt moved that HB 1117, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. Representative Clark seconded the motion. The motion prevailed by the following vote: Ayes: Representatives Hill; Bailey; Burnam; Clark; Ehrhardt; Hodge; Shields; Wohlgemuth (8). Nays: None (0). Present not Voting: None (0). Absent: Representative Garcia (1). HB 1138 HB 1138 The chair laid out HB 1138 as pending business. Representative Shields moved that HB 1138 be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.
