SB 1527 The chair laid out SB 1527 as pending business. Representative Ehrhardt offered an amendment to the measure. The amendment was adopted without objection. Representative Ehrhardt moved that SB 1527, as amended, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars. Representative Bailey seconded the motion. The motion prevailed by the following vote: Ayes: Representatives Hill; Bailey; Clark; Ehrhardt; Garcia; Hodge; Shields (7). Nays: None (0). Present not Voting: None (0). Absent: Representatives Burnam; Wohlgemuth (2). (Representative Wohlgemuth now present.) SB 1286 The chair laid out SB 1286. Representative Ehrhardt moved that SB 1286 be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. Representative Bailey seconded the motion.
