House Committee on Urban Affairs

         Pursuant to a notice posted on February 9, 1998, the House  
         Committee on Urban Affairs met in a public hearing and was  
         called to order by the Chair, Representative Fred Hill at  
         10:25 am. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:   
          
         Present:  Representatives Hill; Burnam; Clark; Ehrhardt;  
                   Garcia; Shields; Wohlgemuth (7). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Bailey; Hodge (2). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         Opening remarks were made by Chairman Fred Hill. 
          
         Testimony was taken.   
          
         At 1:35 pm, on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
