         Pursuant to a notice posted on April 29, 1998, the House  
         Committee on Urban Affairs met in a public hearing and was  
         called to order by the Chair, Representative Fred Hill at 2:00  
         pm. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:   
          
         Present:  Representatives Hill; Burnam; Garcia; Hodge (4). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Bailey; Clark; Ehrhardt; Shields;  
                   Wohlgemuth (5). 
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 4:35 pm, on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
