Flores, Henry, representing Texas Telephone Association, testified on the interim charge. Milford, John, representing the City of Edinburg, testified on the interim charge. Montalvo, Leo, representing the City of McAllen, gave opening remarks. Ochoa, Joe, representing the City of Edinburg, testified on the interim charge. Prim, Natalie, representing the City of Harlingen, testified on the interim charge. Wood, John, representing the City of Brownsville, testified on the interim charge. A brief discussion followed.
