Bohuslav, Director of Construction, Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Mr. James Dossett, Director of Business Opportunity Programs, TxDOT Mr. Efrem Casarez, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Compliance Officer, TxDOT Ms. Robin Smith, State Auditor's Office Mr. Roy Douglas Malonson, Texas Association of African-American Chambers of Commerce Mr. Tom Treadway, Executive Director, General Services Commission Ms. Cynthia Hill, Legal Counsel, General Services Commission Mr. Robert Hall, General Services Commission At 12:40 p.m., Senator Barrientos moved that the Committee stand recessed until 1:30 p.m. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chair called the Committee back to order at 1:30 p.m. On a motion by Senator Ellis, seconded by Senator Barrientos, and without objection, the Committee approved the minutes from the May 26, 1998 meeting.
