The following members arrived after the roll was called: Senator Brown. The Chair made brief remarks and called on invited witnesses, representing health-related higher education institutions, to provide testimony on committee charges and answer questions of the committee. (All institutions submitted written comments which addressed committee charges prior to the hearing date.)
