The following members arrived after the roll was called: None. The Chair called on representatives from the TIES Project, and representatives from participating agencies, to provide an overview of the proposed TIES Plan. Issues discussed included: overall implementation of the plan; cost benefit analysis; the role of local organizations; automated system and staff transition; training; and technology recommendations.
