Senator West moved that SB 66 be reported favorably to the full Senate with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. At 10:41 am Senator Whitmire announced that the Committee stand recessed until 1:30 pm. The Committee reconvened at 1:35 pm. The Committee heard the last of the testimony on SB 80. Pursuant to the request of the author of the bill, SB 80 was left pending.
