Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule
11.11, a public hearing of the Long-Term Care Legislative
Oversight Committee Subcommittee on the Continuum of Long-Term
Care Services was held on Monday, May 4, 1998, in E2.012 of
the Texas State Capitol at Austin, Texas.

The chair called the meeting to order at 1:05 p.m. There
being a quorum present, the following business was transacted.
The chair announced that the purpose of the meeting was to
hear invited testimony regarding the impact of provider
networks/service bundling on the long-term care service
delivery system.
