Truan, Chairman Senator Kenneth Armbrister Senator John Carona, Vice-Chairman Senator Bill Ratliff Senator Teel Bivins Senator Jon Lindsay Senator Steve Ogden Senator Eliot Shapleigh Senator David Sibley ***** Chairman Truan called a public meeting at 11:42 a.m. at his desk to take up and consider HB 3478, relating to the designation of a portion of State Highway 35 as the John B. Coleman Memorial Highway. Roll was called and a quorum pronounced present. Chairman Truan recognized Senator Carona for a motion to report HB 3478 favorably to the full Senate with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion carried with a vote of 6 ayes, 1 nay, 0 present not voting, and 2 absent. There being no other business before the Committee, at 11:44 a.m. Senator Lindsay moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair.
