condition of parole or mandatory supervision for certain offenders.

HB 438            Alvarado
Relating to the implementation of a controlled substances testing
program to be administered to inmates housed in facilities operated
by or under contract with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

HB 507            Dutton
Relating to educational and employment experience requirements for
individuals hired as guards by counties or vendors contracting with
the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

HB 1050            Gutierrez
Relating to conditions of parole or mandatory supervision for an
inmate released after serving a sentence for the offense of
stalking.

HB 1422            Hightower
Relating to prohibiting employment discrimination against certain
correctional officers employed by the Texas Department of Criminal
Justice for refusing to take a polygraph examination.
