HB 2324 Allen Relating to the organization and operation of prison industries, agricultural programs, and work programs of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice; providing a penalty. HB 2326 Allen Relating to the creation of the victim services division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and the assignment of certain powers and duties to that division. HB 2825 Place Relating to the use of inmate and probationer labor for state highway system projects. HCR 132 Counts / et al.
