The subcommittee will meet to consider the following Interim Charge:
    "Monitor the activities of the Texas Natural Resource Conservation
    Commission to achieve a fair transition for permitting facilities
    currently operating without air permits."

Subcommittee members are:

    John Hirschi
    Charlie Howard
    Dawnna Dukes

The subcommittee will hear public testimony.  It is the Chair's
prerogative to limit testimony as needed.
