Relating to public participation in and solicitation by the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission of outside expertise in developing agency rules and policies. HB 1282 Oliveira Relating to requiring the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission to hold public hearings before adopting certain rules.
