Conservation Commission.
HB 1060 Keel, Terry / et al.
Relating to interwatershed transfers of surface water.
HB 1159 Bosse / et al.
Relating to public participation in the Texas Natural Resource
Conservation Commission's processes for granting authorizations and
other contested cases.
HB 1248 Greenberg / et al.
Relating to public participation in and solicitation by the Texas
Natural Resource Conservation Commission of outside expertise in
developing agency rules and policies.
HB 1282 Oliveira
Relating to requiring the Texas Natural Resource Conservation
Commission to hold public hearings before adopting certain rules.
HB 1406 Bosse
Relating to collection by water and sewer utilities of voluntary
contributions on behalf of certain emergency services.
HB 1660 Bosse
Relating to training requirements for a director of a water
district or a water supply corporation.
HB 1707 Keel, Terry
Relating to water quality protection zones.
The committee will also consider the following:
Water Management, Marketing, and Transfers (The committee will consider
and receive testimony on proposals related to water management, water
reuse, water marketing, interbasin transfers of water, cancellation of
water rights, and the Texas Water Bank.)
Emergency Authorizations and Enforcement (The committee will consider
and receive testimony on proposals related to emergency authority,
administrative penalties, and field citations as they relate to water
rights, and on proposals related to dam and levee safety.)
