Relating to protection of public drinking water systems.

HB 1160            Denny
Relating to revocation or amendment of a certificate of public
convenience and necessity of a water or sewer utility.

HB 1541            Counts
Relating to regulation of water and sewer rates and services
provided by retail public utilities.

HR 342            Counts
Directing the Texas Water Development Board to consider the solution to the
water problems of the Towns of Stamford and Hamlin a high priority.

Also, to consider the following:

Financial Assistance to Local Governments, Small Communities Assistance
and Water Data Collection and Dissemination    (The committee will
consider and receive testimony on proposals related to water
development funds consolidation; leasing of state facilities; water
conservation financial assistance and the Agriculture Trust Fund;
financial assistance under the Safe Drinking Water Revloving Fund;
public drinking water supply system requirements; surface water and
groundwater studies, investigations, and surveys; the Texas Geographic
Information Council; and practical use of improved water data.)
