The subcommittee will meet in a public hearing in the Andrews City
Council Chambers at 9:00 am in Andrews, Texas, to discuss the following
interim charge:
Review the continued need for exemptions and exceptions to permitting
found in Section 36.117, Texas Water Code, and potential impacts on
groundwater supplies and groundwater conservation districts.

Invited testimony will be followed by public testimony.
