The subcommittee will meet in a public hearing to consider the
following interim charge:
Monitor the implementation of H.B.1542, 75th Legislature, including
the use and effectiveness of wastewater facility general permits
and the potential for expanding the types and number of facilities
that could be regulated by such permits.

Invited testimony will be followed by public testimony.
