Proposing a constitutional amendment providing financial support
for elementary and secondary public education, dedicating revenue
and authorizing priority allocations of certain revenue,
authorizing a state property tax and certain taxes on entities,
providing property tax relief and reduced school taxes on
residential property, including certain homestead property, and
making implementation and conforming amendments.

HB 4            Craddick                 SP: Armbrister
Relating to funding public elementary and secondary schools and
providing property tax relief and equity and to the imposition,
administration, enforcement, and collection of, and allocation of
the revenue from, various state and local taxes; providing for a
cost control committee; providing penalties.

SB 282            Haywood
Relating to incentives for an employer that establishes and
operates a day-care center for children of employees or purchases
child-care services for employees.
