SB 1            Brown
Relating to the development and management of the water resources
of the state; providing penalties.

SJR 16            Brown
Proposing a constitutional amendment relating to the flow of funds
for repayment of Texas agricultural water conservation bonds.

SJR 17            Brown
Proposing a constitutional amendment to create the Texas Water
Development Fund II and to authorize the Texas Water Development
Board to administer the fund and issue general obligation bonds for
the purposes of the fund.
